I had a difficult situation where a petition for guardianship for my loved one was still showing up years later on google searches - even though I never actually took the case to court to obtain guardianship AND the file had been deemed "private" by the court. Nevertheless, every google search of my loved one popped up with my petition for guardianship - leaving my loved one in a terrible situation while trying anything new.
